Poor quality work - garden cleaning was patchy and incomplete. They arrived with a flat battery in their trimmer, so I offered to let them use mine. They cut through my electric trimmer's power cord (creating electrical hazard) and didn't mention it. Promised to replace the trimmer but ghosted after a month.
